Sunnyside is a suburb of the city of Pretoria, South Africa. It is a long time, well-established area, lying just east of the city centre. The area is populated mostly by black Locals, the first language spoken is English.
Sunnyside is a very busy area. The area is sometimes referred to as Las Vegas due to its strip of night clubs, gambling spots and party facilities or "Pretoria Mahlanyeni". The town has a different vibe to the general conservative culture around the City of Pretoria.
