Visitors to Guinea must obtain a visa from one of the Guinean diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the countries or territories that are visa exempt.

Citizens of the following 21 countries and territories as well as refugees and stateless persons residing in these countries can visit Guinea without a visa:[1]
Nationals of Romania and Russia do not require a visa for a stay of maximum 90 days, provided holding diplomatic, official or service passports.
Visa on Arrival
Holders of an approval letter issued by the Directeur Central de la Police de l'Air et des Frontieres can obtain a visa on arrival.
