Skomelno is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.88 square kilometres (1.11 sq mi), and has a population of 155 (as at 3 July 2006).
Skomelno lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Rokycany, 23 km (14 mi) north-east of Plzeň, and 62 km (39 mi) south-west of Prague.
