Jilem is a village and municipality (obec) in Jindřichův Hradec District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.54 square kilometres (1.75 sq mi), and has a population of 110 (as at 3 July 2006).
Jilem lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Jindřichův Hradec, 62 km (39 mi) east of České Budějovice, and 119 km (74 mi) south-east of Prague.
