Horní Radouň is a village and municipality (obec) in Jindřichův Hradec District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 15.34 square kilometres (5.92 sq mi), and has a population of 262 (as of 3 July 2006).
Horní Radouň lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Jindřichův Hradec, 50 km (31 mi) north-east of České Budějovice, and 101 km (63 mi) south-east of Prague.
