Zadní Chodov is a village and municipality (obec) in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 13.88 square kilometres (5.36 sq mi), and has a population of 282 (as at 28 August 2006).
Zadní Chodov lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north of Tachov, 56 km (35 mi) west of Plzeň, and 130 km (81 mi) west of Prague.
