Yellowstone is a summer village in Alberta, Canada. It is developed on the northern shore of Lac Ste. Anne, south of Alberta Highway 43, between Ross Haven and Gunn, 78 kilometres (48 mi) from Edmonton.
Demographics
The Summer Village of Yellowstone's 2012 municipal census counted a population of 131.[2]
In the 2011 Census, the Summer Village of Yellowstone had a population of 124 living in 55 of its 143 total dwellings, a -27.1% change from its 2006 population of 170. With a land area of 0.28 km2 (0.11 sq mi), it had a population density of 442.9/km2 (1,147.0/sq mi) in 2011.[1]
In 2006, Yellowstone had a population of 170 living in 146 dwellings, a 73.5% increase from 2001. The summer village has a land area of 0.28 km2 (0.11 sq mi) and a population density of 607.1/km2 (1,572.5/sq mi).[3]
