Voiture trolley

A voiture trolley (also known simply as a food and/or beverage tray) features food on display in dining areas. The trolleys are used in a number of ways, e.g. for desserts, cheeses and bread. Customers choose what they require from the trolley, and the waiter, or sometimes the chef, prepares or finishes it in their presence.
