"The Start" is a song recorded by Maltese child singer Gaia Cauchi. It was written by Gaia Cauchi and Matt Muxu, and was composed by Gaia Cauchi, Elton Zarb & Gillian Attard.[1] It won for Malta in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2013, held in Kiev, Ukraine, scoring 130 points.
