Puxin Station (Chinese: 埔心車站; pinyin: Bùxīn Chēzhàn) (formerly transliterated as Puhsin Station until 2003 and Pusin Station from 2003 until 2009) is a railway station on the Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA) Western Line located in Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan.[2]
History
The station was opened in 1900 as Anpinzhen (Hetin) station (安平鎮招呼站). It changed its name to the current name in 1955. The station terminal was rebuilt in 1986. It is only served by local trains. The station building caught fire on May 5, 2016, and the fire damage was repaired by August 2016.
