Athletics
Notre Dame competes in Section IV of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association.[2]
Football
Former Asst. Principal Mike D'Aloisio has coached Notre Dame's football team for several decades. The program is currently third in Section IV program wins under D'Aloisio and Coach D'Aloisio currently stands ninth in coaching wins. Notre Dame has won two New York State Championships in the 1990s..

The Lady Crusaders won the State Championship in 2003.
Boys Basketball
Notre Dame's boys basketball won the Class A State Championship in 1976 under Coach Mike D'Aloisio.
Girls Basketball
The girls basketball team won the State Championship in 2007.
Boys Soccer
Notre Dame had an unbeaten season in 2015, winning their first State Championship (Claess C) and setting a New York state record for goal differential at plus-183.
