Mount Tabor is an unincorporated community in Bean Blossom Township, Monroe County, Indiana.

Mount Tabor is located at 39°18′41″N 86°38′00″W / 39.31139°N 86.63333°W.
History
Mount Tabor was platted in 1828.[3][4] The community was named directly or indirectly after Mount Tabor, in the Middle East.[5] A post office was established at Mount Tabor in 1831, and remained in operation until 1860.[6]
