Miller Township is located in LaSalle County, Illinois, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 633 and it contained 235 housing units.[1] Miller Township was formed from Manlius Township and Mission Township on an unknown date.

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.2 square miles (91 km2), of which 35.18 square miles (91.1 km2) (or 99.94%) is land and 0.02 square miles (0.052 km2) (or 0.06%) is water.[1]
