Kearsarge (formerly, Kearsarge Station^[1] and Citrus^[2]) is an unincorporated community in Inyo County, California.^[1] It is located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 4.5 miles (7.2 km) east of Independence,^[2] at an elevation of 3,770 ft (1,150 m).^[1]

Citrus post office operated from 1888 to 1905 and from 1907 to 1910.^[2]
