Davilla (/dəˈviːlə/ da-VEE-la)[1] is an unincorporated community in Milam County, Texas, United States.
An early settler of Davilla, Green Culbertson, was a South Carolina native who farmed first in Georgia and Alabama before he relocated to Claiborne Parish in North Louisiana, where he was also a pioneer settler. He was counted as a resident of Milam County in the 1880 census and died in Davilla in 1886.[2]
