ZappRx is a Boston, MA-based digital health company that provides a secure online platform used by patients, physicians, and pharmacists for the management of specialty medications.[1] Founded in 2012 by CEO Zoe Barry, ZappRx works with pharmaceutical companies to help fast-track the prescription process for patients affected by severe or life-threatening diseases who need access to specialty drugs.[2][3][4][5] [6]

Investors

ZappRx has raised $13M in funding. Its investors include SR One, the venture arm of GlaxoSmithKline, Atlas Venture, Life Sciences Angel Network, as well as angel investors such as physicist James Glimm.[7][8]
