Youth4work is an online platform that assesses and maps talent of job seekers to the attributes that employers look for.[1] Headquartered in New Delhi, India, the company was founded in February 2012 by Rachit Jain with a focus on talent mapping and talent assessment of entrance exam aspirants, job aspirants and young professionals seeking jobs.[2]

The website has separate portals for employers,[3] colleges,[4] job seekers,[5] online education[6] and entrance exam aspirants.[7] During 2013, the number of users registered at Youth4work rose from 20,000 to 300,000.[8] As of October 2016, Youth4work had more than 7,000 registered colleges, more than 12,000 employers publishing around 30,000 jobs, more than 210 exams covered with prep tests and more than 500 online skill certification courses.[9]

In December 2014, the company raised USD 0.5 million in bridge capital from Aurum Equity Partners, Global Asia Partners and UK based angel investor Dan Sandhu.[10] As of October 2016, the registered user base of Youth4work's website was around 500,000.[11]

The company has an online skill assessment platform called 'yTests', where job seekers assess themselves on skills of their choice and rank themselves using the 'yRank' platform.[12] In 2016, an interview of Youth4work's CEO, Rachit Jain, was covered by Employment News.[13]
