You Caught Me Out is the second studio album by singer-actress-comedian, Tracey Ullman. It was released on Stiff Records in 1984 throughout Europe. The album was never released in the United States.

NOTE: The source for the extended version of "Helpless" used for this CD (as well as the 2010's Tracey Ullman - Move Over Darling: The Complete Stiff Recordings CD set) was a cleaned vinyl recording (not master tape, like all other Tracey Ullman recordings available on CD.) It is unknown whether the master tape is lost or whether the producers of the reissued CDs simply did not seek out a tape source.
