Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow (K-the-I??? album)
Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow is a studio album by American hip hop artist K-the-I???.[5] It was released on Mush Records on November 4, 2008.[6] The album is entirely produced by Thavius Beck.[2] It features vocal contributions from Nocando, Thavius Beck, Vyle, Subtitle, High Priest, Busdriver, and Mestizo.[2]
Reception
At Metacritic, which assigns a weighted average score out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, the album received an average score of 76% based on 8 reviews, indicating "generally favorable reviews."[1]
Daniel Ross of Drowned in Sound said: "K-the-I??? makes bold steps alongside the likes of Saul Williams, emanating poetic flamboyance without becoming too confusing, but with enough (e)motion and kinetic verve to satisfy even the most passive ear."[3] Omar Mouallem of Exclaim! praised Thavius Beck's production, saying: "His beats are charged with high-voltage electricity and are as interesting as the words above or below them."[4]
