XHTW-FM is a radio station serving Tampico. The station, formerly on 860 AM as XETW-AM, broadcasts on 107.1 FM and carries a romantic music format. It is owned by Grupo Flores and operated by Multimedios Radio under a cooperation agreement
History
José Expedito Martínez was cleared to begin broadcasts of XETW-AM on January 21, 1961. The station was sold to the Flores family in 1963, and until the 1990s it broadcast with 500 watts.
XHTW was cleared to migrate to FM in 2011.
In September 2016, Grupo Flores made a cooperation agreement between them and Multimedios Radio in which Multimedios took control of the programming while Grupo Flores maintaining the ownership
