Woodlawn Historic District in Iowa City, Iowa is a historic district that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.[1] It is an enclave of 14 upper middle class houses, mostly built during 1880-1900, on Woodlawn St. and Evans St. The most prominent is 1036 Woodlawn, a Queen Anne style home.[2]
