William Evans Garrett Gilmore (February 16, 1895 – December 5, 1969) was an American rower[1] who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics and in the 1932 Summer Olympics.

In 1924 he won the silver medal in the single sculls.[2]

Eight years later he won the gold medal with his partner Kenneth Myers in the double sculls.
