Werner Kolb (27 July 1895 – 18 February 1975) was a German general (Generalmajor) in the Wehrmacht during World War II who commanded the 9th Volksgrenadier Division. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. Kolb surrendered to the American forces in May 1945 and was held until 1947.
