Voltea pa' que te enamores is a Venezuelan telenovela that aired on Venevisión between 2006 and 2007. Daniela Alvarado and Jonathan Montenegro starred as the main protagonists.[1] An original story written by Monica Montañez, the telenovela was a modern perspective of the classical fairy tale Cinderella.
Plot
Dileidy is a young, clever, hardworking girl who earns a living by selling newspapers along the busy streets of Caracas. Her main dream and aspiration is to become a successful engineer, and she works hard in her studies in order to achieve her dream. Dileidy is in love with the charming Luis Fernando. One day, Dileidy sees a newspaper advertisement for a party being hosted by Luis Fernando's family. It is at this party that Dileidy and Luis Fernando meet and fall in love.[2] But these young couple will soon discover that relationships are not an easy affair, and they will have to undergo many challenges in order to finally achieve happiness.[3][4]
