Vitali Viktorovich Litvinov (Russian: Виталий Викторович Литвинов; born November 17, 1970 in Leningrad) is a retired Russian professional footballer. He made his professional debut in the Soviet Second League in 1991 for FC Progress Chernyakhovsk.[1]
