T. J. Roberts
Dr Thomas Jones Roberts is an acclaimed authority on the wildlife of Pakistan as well as an internationally recognized ornithologist. Amongst his works are "Mammals of Pakistan" and "Birds of Pakistan".
Early life
Roberts was the son of Sir William Roberts who went to the Indian subcontinent in 1906 and joined the Indian Agriculture Service.[1] He first came to the region in 1946.[2]
Employment
He has been the managing director of Roberts Cotton Associates Ltd, a company founded by his father, since 1966.[1]
