Many of these songs have been covered by multiple artists and have been some of the most performed songs in church services across America (according to CCLI),[3] such as "Open the Eyes of My Heart" and "Above All".[4] The song, "Above All", was included in CCM Magazine's "CCM Magazine presents 100 Greatest Songs In Christian Music" project.[5] It was performed by artist Michael W. Smith at President George W. Bush's 2001 inaugural prayer service.[6]
