The Howling (franchise)
The Howling is a werewolf-themed horror franchise based on the novel of the same name by Gary Brandner. The novel series spawned a film directed by Joe Dante in 1981. The film The Howling saw a theatrical release, and a series of seven subsequent films with loose continuity.[1]
