Teatre Grec

The Teatre Grec was built on Mount Montjuïc for the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition.

Teatre Grec ([teˈa.tɾə ɡɾek], "Greek Theatre") is an open-air theatre in the Montjuïc Mountain in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.

The theatre was built in 1929 by the Catalan architect Ramon Reventós in the style of the ancient Greek theatres as part of the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition.

The main use of this theatre is in summer festivals such as the Festival Grec de Barcelona.[1]
