Takapsestis fascinata is a moth in the Drepanidae family. It was described by Yoshimoto in 1990.[1] It is found in China (Yunnan) and northern Vietnam.[2]

The wingspan is 37-39 mm. The forewings are dark grey with two creamy white spots in the cell and four minute discocellular creamy white spots. The median and postmedian lines are black and the space between them pale grey. There is a black and thick apical streak and the subterminal line is obsolete and weakly serrate. The hindwings are uniform pale brown.[3]
