Some of his popular Urdu Ghazals-:
Kaash Aisa koi manzar hota, Mere kaandhe pe tera sar hota
Itna bhi karam unka koi kam to nahi hai, GAM deke wo puche hain koi GAM to nahi hai
Haatho Mai kashkol zabaa'n pe taala hai Apne jine ka andaz nirala hai
Jab kabhi bolna waqt par bolna Muddato sochna mukhtasar bolna
Waqt se puch raha hai koi, Zakhm kya waqai bhar jate hain
Zindagi tere taakub Mai him, Itna chalte hain ki mar jate hain
Goshe badal badal ke har ek raat kaat di, Kacche makaa'n mai abke bhi barsaat kaat di
Wo mujhse jab bhi milta hai meri tareef karta hai, Mere aibo se mujhko bakhabar hone nahi deta
Saans Lena mujhe aasaan bhi ho sakta hai, Tehnia ped ki dhire se agar hil Jaye
Tum mile phir dil diwana ho gaya, Dhoop thhi mousam suhana ho gaya
Phir Teri yaado ne li angadia, Phir naya sabkuch Purana ho gaya
Chor ban jaunga mai aankh micholi k liye, Shart yeh hai meri aankhe ho Tumhara aanchal
:نظر سے بچكر گزرتے ہو تو گزر جاؤ
:میں آئینے ہوں میری اپنی ذمہ داری ہے
Nazar bacha Ke Guzartay Ho To Guzar Jaao
Main Aaeenaa Hoon Meri Apni Zimmedaari Hai
(Escape from my eyes if you can)
(Being a mirror, I have to reflect)
