Order of precedence in Sabah

This article is about the order of precedence for dignitaries in the state of Sabah. For the federal list of precedence for Malaysian dignitaries, see Malaysian order of precedence.

The Sabah order of precedence is a nominal and symbolic hierarchy of important positions within the state of Sabah. It has no legal standing but is used to dictate ceremonial protocol at events of a state nature.

The order was gazetted[1][2][3] on 1 August 1996, but the order revised from time to time.
