Syed Murtaza Fazl Ali (20 December 1920 - 20 August 1985) was an associate justice of the Supreme Court of India[1][2] and Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.[3]
Early life
He was born to Khan Bahadur Sayyid Sir Fazal Ali, the Governor of Assam.
