'Subhash Chandra Bose Road', passing through 'Jawahar Nagar' is a major road in Kochi, India running parallel on the Northern side of historic 'Sahodaran Ayyappan Road'. It branches off from Kadavantra- Kaloor Road from the BPCL Pump goes East towards Ponnurunni near Vytilla. This is now a very busy Road without any signals. This place has more individual houses rather than apartments and so it makes an ideal residential locality. There are many Banks like SBI, Andhra Bank, ICICI bank, PNB, HDFC Bank, SBT, etc.and super markets like Reliance Fresh, 'More'etc are on its sides. Residential Colonies like Jawahar Nagar, Kudumbi Colony, Star Homes, Vrindavanam, Panorama Enclave,Lake Terrace Apartments etc are on its sides. Because of the Metro rail Construction going on in the SA road, all light and medium traffic is plying through this road. This is a fast developing area.
