Little Bispham is the first stop on the promenade in Blackpool, and has a shelter with toilet facilities. Some trams from Starr Gate terminate here during the summer and Blackpool Illuminations, making use of the track loop just north of the stop.

This stop's platforms are notably distanced from each other. The northbound platform is by the cenotaph, while the southbound platform is nearer Blackpool Tower. This is possibly due to the future tram link to North Station, as the points for this extension have already been installed between the two platforms.
