Soutdaoloung Phasiri (born 14 July 1988) is a Laotian women's international footballer. She is a member of the Laos women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 2011 AFF Women's Championship where she scored a goal against Indonesia and at the 2013 Southeast Asian Games.[1]
