The Silverene Towers are two residential towers located in the Dubai Marina complex.[1]
Silverene's taller tower has 35 floors while the second tower has 26 floors and both are composed of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses. Each tower features its own gymnasium.
Linking the two towers will be a four storey podium with two floors of shops, and a sun deck with swimming pool for residents.
The nearby Marina Mall offers 275,000m2 of shopping, including restaurants and entertainment.
Cayan has partnered with the Dorra Group and Al Gihaz Trading Company as investors in the Silverene project.
