Seymour College is the government school in Seymour, Victoria, Australia, catering for students from Prep to Year 12. It also provides trade training for students in the form of VET and other courses, and incorporates special school services.
History
The school was created in 2010 through a merger of Seymour Technical High School (STHS), Seymour Primary School (SPS), Seymour East Primary School (SEPS) and Seymour Special School (SSS).[1] Major building works currently underway (in 2012) will ultimately see the merged school located on the one site in Loco Street, Seymour, previously shared by STHS and SPS.
The school initially operated under the interim name of Seymour P-12 College until the new name of Seymour College was approved in October 2011.[2]
Campus
Building works underway in 2012 will see the whole school consolidate at a single site in Loco Street.
