Seswaa

Seswaa is a traditional meat dish of Botswana, made of beef, goat, chicken or lamb meat.[1] The fatty meat is generally boiled until tender in any pot, with "just enough salt,"[2] and shredded or pounded.[3] It is often served with pap (maize meal).[4][5]
