Serena Guen is a publisher, businesswoman and philanthropist based in London. She is the world's youngest magazine proprietor and named the "Mark Zuckerberg of publishing" by Bloomberg.[1]

SUITCASE Magazine

In 2013 Guen founded SUITCASE Magazine, a multimedia travel and fashion magazine from her dorm room at New York University. Guen ran it remotely during her senior year in New York City before eventually settling back in London. SUITCASE prints four editions a year in addition to its website (SUITCASEmag.com) which is updated daily and is circulated globally across all seven continents.[2]

Philanthropy

Since 2014 Guen has been part of the steering committee for UNICEF Next Generation London Team.[3]

Awards & Accolades

On September 2014 she received a Women of the Future Award for media,[4] and was nominated for the London Evening Standard 25 Under 25 Most Influential people in the British capital. Guen has been shortlisted for Young Travel Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2016 and is often called upon for her expertise in travel by outlets such as CNBC.

Guen has fronted campaigns for Jack Will's Young Briton's,[5] Urban Outfitters [6] and Clinique's Face Forward.[7]
