SBS Transit's MRT and LRT depot near Renjong.

Sengkang Depot is a depot in Sengkang, Singapore, for the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) lines operated by SBS Transit. It maintains the trains for the North East Line and Sengkang LRT and Punggol LRT, and also houses the control centre of the three lines.

The depot is the first in Singapore to be built with structural provisions for an industrial development to be situated on top, to minimise the wastage of land in land scarce Singapore. Also the first co-location of facilities for both the MRT and LRT, it was built by British engineering firm Arup and began operations in 2003 when the North East Line opened.

It is the first train depot which uses both MRT and LRT to be put together in different types of transit.
