Ronn Scorpion

The Ronn Motor Company (RMC) is a car manufacturer based in Austin, Texas. The Scorpion was produced by RMC in 2008.

The IRS filed a tax lien against Ronn Motors in December, 2009. In 2010 Ronn Motors failed to make all its lease payments to Marble Falls Economic Development Corp. As of June 2010, "The company had not reported any major deliveries or sales, despite loads of news releases and a snazzy Web site."[1]

In September 2010, Ronn Maxwell of Ronn Motors reported that production was on hold pending its ability to obtain a long-term lease. To date, Ronn Motors has produced only a prototype.[2]
