Biography
Early Life
Rocky Marquette was born (May 15, 1980) in Muskegon, Michigan. He was high school drum major of the award winning Reeths-Puffer High School Marching Band with State and National titles and performed in numerous theatrical productions with the schools theatrical department. He would received the Muskegon Community Foundation Award/Scholarship for volunteering in his community, Muskegon County. Rocky showcased local actors in a short film he wrote and directed for the local Child Abuse Council. It was shown at the Reeths-Puffer High School to raise money for the cause with all proceeds going to victims of child abuse. After graduation he attended college at Grand Valley State University on a Shakespeare scholarship. Once arriving in Los Angeles, Rocky continued his education at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with focus on Television Writing.
Film Career
Rocky Marquette has acted alongside many actors including Minnie Driver, Kristen Stewart, Sam Riley, Garrett Hedlund, and Patty McCormack. He has worked with famous directors such as Tobe Hooper and Academy Award nominated and BAFTA/Golden Globe Award winner Walter Salles.
Commercial/Print Career
Rocky Marquette has worked on campaigns for the companies HP, Sony, Liberty Mutual, Pennzoil, and Chevrolet.
Personal Life
Rocky currently lives in Los Angeles and has a second home in Michigan.
