Robert Johnson (bishop)

Robert Johnson, DD was an Anglican Bishop in Ireland during the mid the 18th century.[1]

Chinnery was educated at Trinity College, Dublin.[2] He was Rector of Dungannon until 1756 when he was appointed Dean of Tuam.[3] In 1759 he became Bishop of Cloyne, a post he held until his death in January 1767.[4] He died in August later that year.[5]
