Ram Dulari Sinha (1922–1994) was an Indian parliamentarian and a Union Minister. She was elected Vice Chairman of International Labour Organisation and also the first woman in Bihar to have master's degress and she was also the first woman from Bihar to be appointed as Governor and was appointed as the Governor of Kerala from 23 February 1988 to 12 February 1990.[1]
