Raed Khalil (born March 1, 1973) is a Syrian cartoonist. He started publishing his drawings in 1988 and since then, he has participated of many national and international competitions and has won many awards.
Some of his notable awards have come from the Syrian Youth Festival (Damascus, 1989), the Iranian Culture Center (Tehran, 1992–2003), Teachers United (Damascus, 1995), and the Golagha Contest (Tehran, 2003). He has also participated in many exhibitions in various countries, including Syria, Belgium, Italy, Turkey, Japan, and others.
He is the cartoonist of An-Nour, a weekly newspaper in Damascus, and he also works for Al-Baath, a daily newspaper in the same city. He is the president of FECO (Federation of Cartoonist Organizations) for Syria.
