R&F (Chinese: 富力) is a football club which plays in the Hong Kong Premier League. The club is a satellite team of Chinese Super League side Guangzhou R&F, and most of its players are from Guangzhou R&F U19's. It is owned by Chinese property developers R&F Properties, while the club name R&F is short for "Rich" (富) and "Force" (力).

History

R&F F.C. was founded and registered at Hong Kong Football Association in the summer of 2016. On 1 August 2016, It was accepted to play in the Hong Kong Premier League with following conditions: (1) Signing at least eight Hong Kong players. (2) Using at least three Hong Kong players in a match. (3) Non-Chinese/Hong Kong player could not be registered in the club. (4) Sponsoring a cup competition with a fee of $1 million.^[2]
