Quảng Ninh International Airport (Vietnamese: Sân bay quốc tế Quảng Ninh) is an airport project on Van Don Island in Quảng Ninh Province, home to World Heritage Ha Long Bay. Vietnamese Prime Minister approved the project and allow Royal International Corporation to invest in this airport project. The feasibility study for this project is underway. According to estimate, this airport will need an investment capital of US $250 million. Upon completion, this airport will have two runways of 3,000m x 45 m with a capacity to handle 6 million passengers per annum. This airport will help flows of tourists to Ha Long Bay and Van Don Island.
