Psittacanthus robustus is a species of neotropical mistletoe in the Loranthaceae family that can be found growing on Vochysiaceae species in southeastern Brazil.[1]

Description

The species is light green colored when immature but when they are ripe their colour changes to black, which in turn camouflages an olive. Its seeds have 3 cotyledons and sticky substance inside. The species attracts Viridis viridis commonly known as swallow-tanager.[1]
