Presence Capital is a Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality focused venture capital fund founded in 2015 and headquartered in San Francisco. It was founded by Paul Bragiel, Amitt Mahajan, and Phil Chen.[1] As of 2016, it has raised $10M in funds.[2]
History
It raised its first $10 million fund in 2016.[3] In January 2016, it filed its Form D notice of exempt offering of securities.[1] By October 2016, Presence Capital had made 25 investments in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality companies.[4]
